Following its inception in 2013, PyraH published “Where Am I?” in 2014 and “Part of The Ghost World” in 2019.
These two first albums, which can be described as alternative and progressive metal, allowed the band to acquire experience in the realm of live performance ; more than 50 shows all around Europe, in places such as France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany.
The band also opened for compatriot French extreme metal formation “Eths” and the renowned progressive metal band “Orphaned Land”.
PyraH is coming back with a vengeance with their new opus titled “Veni Vidi Delevi”, scheduled to release in 2024. A literal translation would be “I came, I saw, I destroyed”, which is certainly emblematic of the mood that transpires in this new album.
The (almost) all-new line-up is set on bringing brutality and technicality to their original style which operated very well around progressive, soft, and lingering melodies, now going as far as to mix all extremes in one track. Taking inspiration from both early and modern metal genres, one thing is for certain, your neck won’t be thanking you tomorrow.
PyraH is not going to pull any punches on stage : are you ?
